What to Expect During Your Consultation:

We offer two types of expert consultations:

• Topper Consultation – 30 minutes | $75
• Wig Consultation – 60 minutes | $150

During your session, we will:

• Learn about your hair history, lifestyle, and needs
• Examine your scalp and bio hair to determine your best options
• Provide education on the differences between synthetic, heat-defiant, and human hair pieces
• Offer personalized recommendations based on your style goals and budget
• Let you try on sample pieces when possible for fit, color, and feel

Please note: Our consultation fees reflect the dedicated time and professional knowledge we provide. However, if you choose to order a piece through us, your consultation fee will be applied toward your final purchase.

What You Should Know About Pricing:

We always want to be transparent about cost to ensure you're informed from the start:

• Synthetic Toppers or Wigs: Typically under $300
• Heat-Defiant Synthetic: Range between $200 – $450
• Human Hair Pieces: Vary between $700 – $3,500 depending on length, density, cap construction, and customization

We encourage you to consider these price points ahead of your consultation so we can guide you toward the most appropriate solutions.

Before You Book – Let's Make Sure It's the Right Fit

To ensure we use your appointment time wisely, we kindly ask that you fill out our short pre-consultation questionnaire before we officially schedule. This helps us understand your goals, medical history (if applicable), and preferences.

If, after reviewing the pricing and process, you feel this service may not be the right fit, that’s okay! We want every client to feel confident and comfortable before moving forward.

Additional Time Policy

We are committed to giving you the time and attention you deserve. Should you need more time beyond the allotted session, we’re happy to schedule you another appointment, but it will be billed in 15-minute increments for our expert's time at $35.
