Here at K Bella, we will always do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations. Please give us a call at (810) 360-0915 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to modify or cancel your appointment so that we can fill your canceled appointment with another client on our waitlist.
We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice for which it was necessary to order certain products ahead of time (hair extensions, wigs, toppers, etc.) will be charged for the product cost plus 50% of the service cost.
Please understand that appointment times are limited, if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show,” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. If a credit card is not on file, a negative balance will be added to your account for this amount.
For groups booking service appointments (such as wedding parties, spa packages, etc.), we respectfully request at least 72-hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Canceling this kind of appointment without giving 72-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount per guest. Please understand that larger bookings take a great deal of scheduling and planning - you must notify us within this window if you need to change your appointment dates.
We value your time and feel that it is only fair to honor the same policies we ask of our clients. Should we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice due to reasons other than natural occurrences (unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events such as illness or emergencies), we will provide a 50% discount on your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
The safety of our staff and clients is paramount. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (continuous cough, displaying fever symptoms), or any rude/obnoxious behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
While we absolutely LOVE kids and all of our furry little friends, our salon is not child or pet-proof. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals, and a busy salon can all become a safety hazard for children and pets. Supervision for any child is required by a guest that is not receiving a service. We also ask that you refrain from bringing any pets other than service animals into the salon.
