The nomination voting round for Best Of Livingston County 2023 started on July 3rd! This year, we're eligible for the following five categories:

• Beauty & Health: Facials, Hair Salon, Nail Salon - Manicure/Pedicure, Spa/Medical Spa
• Beauty & Health - People: Hair Stylist

I was so surprised to get an email that asked me to take part in Ali Velshi's Saturday show on MSNBC recently! The show had a panel of experts discussing the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has affected so many small businesses.

After resurrecting MABP, an organization Kristan started in 2017, she teamed up with another Michigan salon owner, Tari Krupinski, and sent out press releases to try and build awareness of the association.
