At K Bella, we do our best to accommodate appointment changes whenever possible. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (810) 360-0915 or emailing help@kbellahairstudio.com. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client on our waitlist.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled if the remaining time does not allow the service to be completed as scheduled. Every effort will be made to accommodate when possible.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a No-Show, and 50% of the service amount will be charged. If a credit card is not on file, a negative balance will be applied to your account.
For group bookings (including wedding parties, spa packages, or multi-guest appointments), we respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount per guest. Large group bookings require significant scheduling and preparation, and timely notice allows us to manage availability appropriately.
We value your time and believe in honoring the same policies we ask of our clients. If we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice for reasons other than uncontrollable circumstances (such as unsafe weather conditions, power outages, illness, or emergencies), we will provide 50% off your next identical service and make every effort to reschedule you as quickly as possible.
Product returns are accepted for unopened and unused merchandise only, or may be exchanged.
The safety and well-being of our staff and clients is extremely important to us. K Bella reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents a health or safety concern. This includes, but is not limited to, lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as persistent coughing or fever), or inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
While we love children and pets, our salon environment is not child- or pet-proof. Hot styling tools, sharp instruments, chemicals, and a busy salon atmosphere can present safety risks.
Any child present must be supervised by a guest who is not receiving a service. We also ask that pets, other than service animals, not be brought into the salon.
