XTC Scalp Prep breaks up and dissolves sebum.

After Scalp Prep has hydrated the outer layer and dissolved the sebum, Xtreme Hair Boost or Xtreme Growth Therapy will penetrate down to the dermal papilla. Remember, Hair Boost (5%Minoxidil) and XTG only work at the dermal papilla level, not on the scalp. If the topicals cannot penetrate, they will not be absorbed as they need to be.

Directions: Shake well before using. Apply 10 - 12 drops on the scalp and massage gently with fingertips into the treatment area. Wait 5 – 10 minutes, and then apply XTC Shampoo.
