First time at the shop for hair cut/highlights. From the moment I walked in the team made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My hair stylist, Rochelle, was really lovely and did a great job . I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to my hair! Kristen was also very helpful and did a great job helping me with a hair topper and advice on hair/scalp care. One other very helpful stylist assisted me and was very knowledgeable.
Kristan, the trichologist was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions about my scalp health and hair growth. I’m super excited for my hair growth journey!
