I instantly trusted Kristan, there was zero doubt in my mind. Her plan was to put a topper and extensions on my very very short hair (no longer than an inch all the way around). This seemed impossible to me because I was practically bald, and all of this was so new to me, but Kristan made sure to overly explain each step so I would be more comfortable and understanding of everything. I knew this would be a challenge for Kristan as well, but again, once she has an idea, she runs with it, and she works hard to get the outcome she wants (only the best). Seeing myself with the hair for the very first time made me cry, and I can confidently say that this is the best I have felt in a year, and I owe it all to Kristan and her staff. My extensions and topper have stayed and look beautiful (I believe we got the 14inch hair extensions- similar to the length I had before I lost my hair) I get compliments everywhere I go, and people cannot believe it when I tell them it's not my real hair. I cannot recommend this salon any harder. They are all so sweet to me everytime I come in and let me know that I still look good with or without the extensions- they are the best part of my day everytime I go in. I could talk about this and how much I love what they did for me all day, I appreciate them more than they will ever know.
