Are you organized, friendly, and great with people? K Bella Hair Studio & Spa is currently looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our award-winning team in Brighton.
Founded in 2009, K Bella is a busy, well-established salon that has expanded twice and continues to grow. Our team was most recently recognized as Best Salon in Livingston County in 2024, and our front desk plays a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and an essential support system for our stylists and service providers.
About the Role
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll help manage daily salon operations while delivering a warm, professional experience for every client. Responsibilities include booking and confirming appointments, answering phones and responding to inquiries, greeting guests, handling check-outs, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
You’ll also help keep inventory organized and support the team with behind-the-scenes tasks that ensure the salon runs efficiently throughout the day.
Who This Position Is For
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.
