A Sweet Message from Our Front Desk

Here at K Bella, we do our best to please our amazing clients and to make your beauty experience an enjoyable one.

We are constantly brainstorming ways to make your time here quick, easy, and efficient. Our wonderful receptionists have come up with a couple of helpful suggestions to streamline the process when it comes to scheduling your appointments.

Be prepared with your calendar in mind when you call to schedule your appointment.

If you have in mind specific days and times that will and won’t work, please share them with the receptionist so she may save you time on the phone. Also, if you have very specific requests on when you can be seen (Wednesday night at 5:36 on the second week of the month, during high tides…you know who you are, wink wink), it is a wise idea to schedule ahead of time. That means scheduling when you are in for your current service or calling several weeks in advance. There are rare instances when we can squeeze you in last minute, but always schedule well in advance in case luck isn't on your side. We will always do our very best to accommodate your schedule and don’t forget, we also have a cancellation list to fit you in if something opens up!

Have an understanding of what type of appointment you are booking.

It is helpful to have an idea of what you are booking before you call. Do you need a tint or a partial highlight? A Malibu Treatment or a conditioning treatment? A polish manicure or shellac? The reason these specifics are important is that booking times vary with each service. The better prepared the salon is, the smoother your appointment and the appointments around yours will go. Our receptionists are not trying to be a pest when they ask you 20 questions about your appointment, they are just trying to make everyone’s life easier by booking correctly. If you are somewhat knowledgeable about what you are scheduling, you can shorten your time on the phone. When in doubt, ask your beauty expert what type of appointment you should be scheduling!
