K Bella has grown a lot in the past few years, and we know how hard it can be to find an appointment sometimes. We wanted to let our guests know that we are always here for you and want to provide a variety of ways you can reach us. Our receptionists will always do their best to find appointments, and if there aren't any available, they'll put you on a waiting list, but if you need to speak with your service provider to ensure they find you an appointment that works, never hesitate to email help@kbellahairstudio.com, and we'll put you in touch with them.
Some stylists are booked up to a year in advance, and we know booking out that far can be difficult. If you need specific days and times, please try and schedule something as soon as possible. If we have you on our books, it is much easier to trade appointments with other clients who we know can be flexible. With our new program Meevo, you can log in online instead of calling to put yourself on the waitlist. This way, when someone does cancel, you will automatically get a text message with the availability. Once you get that text message, you will have 15 minutes to respond with "yes" or "no". Putting yourself on the waitlist will also ensure the service provider sees that you need an appointment and can do their best to make that happen.
We never want anyone to feel like they can’t get into our salon and have to go elsewhere. Please give us the opportunity to either put you with one of our talented colleagues who knows our work or see how we can make space for you. If you have called and no one has gotten back to you, please understand how busy we are. Email or call and ask to speak with management, so we know what's happened and can make it right. Receptionists do their best never to miss anything, but they are humans, and mistakes can happen. Please don't ever feel as if you are bothering us, we want to hear from you!
